Mr. Santana specializes in applying market research methods to false advertising and intellectual property cases in a wide variety of industries, including food and beverage, footwear, sporting goods, finance, automotive, and technology. He has extensive experience assisting clients and supporting experts in survey design, data analysis, expert report drafting, and preparation for deposition. Additionally, Mr. Santana’s consulting work has involved leading case teams through litigation matters spanning trademark and trade dress confusion, trademark dilution, secondary meaning, genericism, deceptive advertising, and materiality, as well as consumer class actions.
