Summary of Experience

Ms. Greenbaum applies her background in economics, finance, and mathematics to complex business questions and litigation and international arbitration matters. She has analyzed business operations, financing, and M&A transactions for complex business entities, including telecommunications companies, two-sided platforms, multi-level marketing firms, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), collateralized loan obligations, and REITs. She has performed valuations of intellectual property and other assets and developed damages models in a range of cases, which have spanned the technology, retail, financial securities, real estate, and medical devices industries, among others. Ms. Greenbaum has worked on multiple partnership- and fiduciary duty-related matters for which she has analyzed the relationships between affiliated corporate entities and the economic implications of particular agreements between the parties. She has also worked on multiple real estate-related matters, analyzing real estate financing for existing and development properties, property acquisitions, and partnership stake valuations. Ms. Greenbaum has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including expert reports, depositions, and trial preparation.
