Summary of Experience
Mr. Llop brings deep expertise in data science, natural language processing, software development, and analytics to consulting engagements in areas such as technology, intellectual property, health care, antitrust, and energy. His experience includes leading analytics teams studying both structured and unstructured datasets of all sizes, developing novel tools for data and source code analysis, reviewing source code for patent and copyright infringement, and modeling the dynamics of a variety of markets. Mr. Llop has managed multiple software development projects, which have involved the deployment of machine learning models for use by physicians, as well as the use of wearable devices and smartphones to gather real-world evidence (RWE) and data as part of health care studies. He has also supported litigation experts in areas such as cybersecurity, technical experimentation (such as with video streaming), and AI capabilities. In the energy sector, Mr. Llop has modeled proposed market rule impacts and analyzed the competitiveness of rate structures. He has volunteered on several analytics projects in Haiti and taught Python Fundamentals for Data Science as a lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley.
