Summary of Experience

Ms. Faye applies her background and analytical skills in economics and finance to solve complex issues in litigation and business matters. She has consulted to numerous clients in the US and Canada on a variety of engagements involving allegations of anticompetitive behavior and other antitrust matters, intellectual property (IP) disputes, securities- and finance-related litigation, and arbitration matters. These engagements often include court proceedings, and Ms. Faye has vast experience collaborating with academic and industry experts in evaluating litigation claims and developing well-grounded affirmative and rebuttal arguments. In antitrust matters, she has analyzed allegations of market abuse and anticompetitive practices in a broad range of industries, including banking, high-tech, retail, and consumer goods. In IP matters, Ms. Faye has evaluated assertions of breach of contract and patent infringement in the pharmaceutical and technology industries. In finance matters, she has assessed claims of misrepresentation and omission, price manipulation, and insider trading on different stock exchanges.

In 2022, Ms. Faye was appointed counsel to the chair of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section. She also serves as vice chair of the Section’s Advertising Disputes Litigation Committee.
