Vice President Marissa Ginn and Associate Johanna Posch will present a study sponsored by the OECD that examines how the potential impact of gender factors could be investigated in the early stages of merger reviews and antitrust investigations. In a panel discussion, Dr. Ginn and Dr. Posch will discuss findings from their paper titled “Gender Considerations in the Analysis of Market Definition and Competitive Effects: A Practical Framework,” coauthored with Managing Principal Lisa Pinheiro and Vice Presidents Anne Catherine Faye and Jee-Yeon Lehmann.
