Vice President Benoit d’Udekem, along with Fabienne Borde (Kroll), will lead a hands-on workshop on damages and quantum valuation in international arbitration, introduced by Iris Raynaud (Hanotiau & van den Berg). Dr d’Udekem and Ms Borde will discuss the role of quantum experts across various phases of arbitration and varied matters. The workshop will be followed by a panel discussion on working with experts, during which participants will hear perspectives from counsel, arbitrators and experts.
