Managing Principal Rebecca Kirk Fair will co-chair the ABA Antitrust Law Section’s 2023 Antitrust Merger Guidelines Workshop and moderate the “Merger Counseling Under the New Guidelines” panel. In addition, Managing Principal Dov Rothman will join judges and lawyers on the “Merger Litigation Under the New Guidelines” panel.
The program will be headlined by “Enforcement Perspective,” a live, in-person panel of Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) lawyers and economists who will share their perspectives on the new merger guidelines proposed on July 19. This panel will be moderated by event co-chair Adam Di Vincenzo (Milbank).
