Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann will join an ABA webinar discussing lessons and key takeaways from Jindal and DaVita, the first cases in which the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has pursued criminal charges in connection with alleged wage-fixing and no-poach agreements.
