Summary of Experience

Dr. Ferri specializes in applied business economics and has extensive experience in economic analysis, business strategy, and data analysis. His litigation work includes economic consulting on damages, class certification, fraud, irreparable harm, and commercial success in a variety of areas, including intellectual property, antitrust and competition, commercial disputes, and labor and employment. Dr. Ferri has served as a damages expert or consultant in more than 60 cases in US federal and state courts, submitted over 30 expert reports and declarations, and testified at deposition and trial in federal courts, state courts, and arbitration hearings. He has consulted to clients in several industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, education, finance, real estate, software and hardware, cybersecurity, automobiles, natural resources, consumer products, entertainment, and sports. Dr. Ferri has published articles in journals published by the California Law Association and the American Bar Association, among others. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Ferri has worked at multiple other economics consulting companies. He also co-founded two companies, including one that uses economics, data, and science to improve the lives of athletes.
