Ms. Cummings specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to a range of complex business litigation disputes. Her experience includes analyses of intellectual property (IP), damages, commercial disputes, and tax matters. Her case work has included assessing damages related to patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation; analyzing domestic industry, remedy, and public interest issues before the International Trade Commission (ITC); and analyzing the economic substance and business purpose of tax-related transactions. Ms. Cummings has supported experts throughout the litigation process, including expert report filing, deposition, and trial. Prior to joining Analysis Group, she worked for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
