Rozi Kepes is an economist who specializes in the application of microeconomic theory to questions arising in competition and antitrust as well as intellectual property matters. Her litigation and advisory experience includes cartel damages estimations, mergers, market investigations, commercial disputes, abuse of dominance cases, arbitrations, impact assessments, and valuations; and spans a variety of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, private and public health care, transport, and automotive components. In addition to supporting economic experts, she has assisted industry and technical experts in complex litigation and arbitration matters involving small-molecule and biologic pharmaceuticals, as well as technology products.

Ms. Kepes has supported clients and experts in front of multiple authorities in several jurisdictions, including the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), and Upper Tribunal; the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition (DG Comp); and the US Department of Justice (DOJ). She has worked across many stages of investigations and litigation matters, including data production, complex statistical and econometric analysis, expert statement preparation and filing, and the preparation of experts for deposition and trial. Ms. Kepes has presented on the role of data access remedies in competition policy as a panelist at the Junior Competition Network, and is an active participant in Analysis Group’s European pro bono work.
