Summary of Experience

Dr. Karagodsky specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistical methods to complex litigation matters. He has supported experts in matters related to class certification, liability, and damages analysis across a range of industries, including finance, health care, commercial disputes, and intellectual property. His recent work includes analyses of damages and liability issues in matters pertaining to alleged delayed generic entry, pharmaceutical marketing, and alleged patent infringement. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Karagodsky was a consultant at an economics consulting firm, as well as a lecturer in statistics at Boston College.
