In re Class Action Lawsuits
Analysis Group Managing Principal Bruce Deal and Principal David Sosa developed settlement valuation tools that four clients used to achieve favorable outcomes in class action settlement negotiations. In each engagement, Analysis Group conducted damages analyses, provided damages testimony, and supported counsel during negotiations. We built custom spreadsheet models that allowed counsel to adjust several key negotiated parameters affecting settlement cost and value. In all four cases, our clients used the Analysis Group tools in real time during settlement negotiations to evaluate the impact of alternative proposals.
